Came for a consultation on mental health support and the counselor was actually listening and patient with me which I appreciated sha. But the whole process took forever, like I made an appointment and still waited almost an hour before I was seen, and the reception area was just cramped with people everywhere. The advice given was helpful I won't lie but for the fees they charging you'd expect better time management and maybe a follow-up system that actually works. Not sure if I'll be going back or trying somewhere else honestly.
