Review Time
I came to Royal Breed Academy to plan my daughter's graduation celebration and honestly the staff were helpful and knew their stuff. They showed me different package options and the ideas were solid. My only complaint sha is that the whole planning process took longer than necessary because they kept saying come back tomorrow for this or that information instead of sorting everything out in one meeting. Overall decent people and they delivered what I paid for but next time I hope they can be more organized with their scheduling.

They showed me different package options and everything looked professional on paper, but getting them to respond to my messages after I paid the deposit was like pulling teeth I no go lie. Waited almost two weeks for updates that should have come in three days and had to keep calling before they got back to me. The actual event turned out nice so I can't complain completely, but for what I paid them, the follow-up communication was frustrating.
