Came to plan my nephew's birthday celebration and the staff actually knew what they were doing with the whole event design and coordination. They showed me different package options and everything looked professional on paper, but getting them to respond to my messages after I paid the deposit was like pulling teeth I no go lie. Waited almost two weeks for updates that should have come in three days and had to keep calling before they got back to me. The actual event turned out nice so I can't complain completely, but for what I paid them, the follow-up communication was frustrating.
