Review Time
Came for a quick lunch and sha, I almost regretted it. The burger tasted fresh and the fries were crispy but I spent almost 45 minutes waiting before anyone even took my order, and the place wasnt even that busy. For a place that calls itself modern fast food, the speed sef is not there. If they sort out their service thing they go chop better but right now it's just frustrating.
Long time customer dropping a review finally because Mr Bigg's has been my spot for a while now. Last week I came in during my lunch break and the speed alone was impressive, food came out hot and fresh in maybe 15 minutes which is not something you see often these days. The burger I got was done proper proper, meat was juicy and the bun wasn't dry like how some places do it. I no go lie, for what they charge the quality matches and that's why I keep coming back.
Was skeptical at first but my coworker wouldn't stop talking about this place so I dragged myself there last Saturday for lunch. The chicken burger I got was crispy and hot, proper modern fast food standard — nothing fancy but exactly what it should be sef. Service was quick, staff were friendly, and honestly for the price I paid I didn't expect it to be this good. Will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area next time.
