Review Time
Came to Faith Heritage for school packaging and the quality of the work is actually solid, materials look premium and the designs they did for my daughter's project turned out really nice. But sha, the waiting period is something else entirely. They quoted me two weeks and it took almost three weeks before everything was ready, and when I called to follow up they weren't even picking up properly. The final product is worth it I won't lie, but for what they charge, the delays shouldn't be happening like that.

But abeg the time it took them to finish a simple job had me sitting there for almost an hour when they said 30 minutes. The staff member attending to me kept disappearing to attend to other customers and I felt like my order wasn't important. I'll go back because the end product was worth it but they need to manage their time better or hire more hands.
