Came to Faith Heritage for school packaging and the quality of the work is actually solid, materials look premium and the designs they did for my daughter's project turned out really nice. But sha, the waiting period is something else entirely. They quoted me two weeks and it took almost three weeks before everything was ready, and when I called to follow up they weren't even picking up properly. The final product is worth it I won't lie, but for what they charge, the delays shouldn't be happening like that.
