Their ICT solutions are solid but the customer service needs work

Needed help setting up some enterprise solutions for my engineering firm and came here based on recommendation. The technical team knew their stuff I won't lie, delivered exactly what we discussed but getting them to respond to follow up questions took forever sha. They give you the product and disappear type of company, no post implementation support to speak of. For what they charged us, someone should be checking in to make sure everything runs smooth but nah, once payment cleared that was it.

Good ICT solutions but their response time sha

I've tried here for months now and they've handled our bank's IT infrastructure needs pretty well honestly. The solutions they implement are solid and the technical team knows what they're doing. My one gripe though is waiting for responses to support tickets sometimes takes longer than it should, and for a place that's supposed to be leading in this space abeg it shouldn't be that way. Otherwise I don't have much to complain about.

Their ICT solutions actually work, no joke

Been in business selling food for years now and I finally decided to upgrade my POS system and inventory tracking — my friend said CWG PLC helped his cousin's shop and I was skeptical but abeg I tried them. The technical team that came to set things up was patient with my questions and didn't rush through the installation like some of these people do, which I appreciated because I'm not exactly tech-savvy at 46. What impressed me most was how they actually followed up after to make sure everything was running smooth and taught me how to use the system properly instead of just disappearing. Three months in now and my business operations have improved small small, so they delivered what they promised — that's rare these days honestly.
