I've tried here for months now and they've handled our bank's IT infrastructure needs pretty well honestly. The solutions they implement are solid and the technical team knows what they're doing. My one gripe though is waiting for responses to support tickets sometimes takes longer than it should, and for a place that's supposed to be leading in this space abeg it shouldn't be that way. Otherwise I don't have much to complain about.
