Needed help setting up some enterprise solutions for my engineering firm and came here based on recommendation. The technical team knew their stuff I won't lie, delivered exactly what we discussed but getting them to respond to follow up questions took forever sha. They give you the product and disappear type of company, no post implementation support to speak of. For what they charged us, someone should be checking in to make sure everything runs smooth but nah, once payment cleared that was it.
