Review Time
Used to be my go-to but last time I came to buy paint for my house renovation, the prices have really gone up compared to what I remember paying before. The paint itself is quality I won't lie, the finish on my walls came out smooth and the colors are exactly what I wanted, but abeg for that amount of money I expected better customer service at the shop. Guy at the counter was on his phone the whole time I was selecting, didn't even offer to help until I had to ask where their new shades were. If the price matches what they charge then the staff attitude needs to match it too.
Frequent customer here and I must say CAP paint has been my go to for my shop for almost three years now. The colors stay vibrant sha, no fading after few months like some of these other brands people sell. What got me most impressed was when I repainted my shop frontage last month, the finish was so smooth that even my competitors asked where I sourced from. Worth every naira honestly.
Been using CAP paint for my house projects for about a year now and the quality is honestly reliable — coverage is good and the colors stay vibrant. My only gripe sha is that getting stock can take forever; went to their outlet three times before they had the shade I needed in stock. Staff were helpful when I finally got there but abeg they need to manage their inventory better because it's frustrating. Still won't switch brands though, the paint itself delivers what they promise.
