Came here to sort out some school planning stuff for a project and the initial consultation was helpful I won't lie. The staff actually understood what I was looking for and the styling ideas they showed made sense. But abeg the waiting time was something else, I sat there for almost an hour before anyone even looked at my file, and by the time they finished I was exhausted from work. Good idea and decent service when you finally get it, but they need to sort out their scheduling because this is not sustainable.
Came for school planning services and I must say the team know their work sha. They listened to what I needed, gave solid suggestions, and the styling ideas were actually useful for what I'm trying to do. My only gripe is the waiting time was frustrating even though I had an appointment. I sat there almost 50 minutes before anyone called me in, which annoyed me considering how busy I am with my nursing shifts and all.
