Review Time
My colleague at work kept raving about Royal Crest so I finally decided to order some treats for my kids last week. The gourmet snacks are actually quite nice sha and fresh when they arrive but the delivery took almost three hours which annoyed me completely. For an accountant like me who works with schedules everything matters and I ordered at 11am expecting lunch time delivery. Overall the product quality is solid but that waiting period made me think twice about ordering again.
Tried this place for some gourmet snacks to stock my shop and the quality of the treats sha is actually decent. The custom academic stuff they do looked nice too but waiting almost an hour just to place an order when there was no queue had me vexed. Staff weren't rude or anything but they seemed disorganized like nobody knew who was supposed to be doing what. I'll go back because the treats sell well but abeg they need to sort out their service speed.
