their shea butter quality is honestly solid

Long time customer dropping a review finally because Ladgroup's shea butter processing is legit the best I've seen around Ilorin. I use it for my studio shoots to condition leather backdrops and the consistency is always uniform, never gets that grainy feel some places sell. Processing time when I order in bulk is quick sha, they don't drag like other suppliers I've dealt with. Worth every naira if you serious about quality oilseed products.

Good quality stuff but their customer service needs work

Frequent customer here and I must say Ladgroup's shea butter processing is solid. The product quality is there, packaging looks professional, and you can tell they know their business with the oilseed processing. My only gripe sha is that when I came to place a bulk order last month, I waited almost an hour before anyone actually sat down to discuss pricing and delivery with me. For a business that's supposed to be a leader in this space, the way they handle customer inquiries is just frustrating sometimes.

Good product but customer service needs work sha

Came to check out their shea butter processing operation after hearing about them and the product quality is actually solid I won't lie. But waiting almost an hour just to speak to someone about bulk orders when there were only three of us in the place was frustrating, and the staff seemed more interested in their phones than helping customers. They've got potential and the shea butter itself is worth it, but abeg they need to train their people better because the product quality doesn't match the service experience.
