Came to them for some IP documentation work and the lawyers actually knew their stuff which was refreshing, but abeg the waiting time was something else. I sat there for almost two hours before anyone even looked at my file, and when they finally did attend to me the whole process felt rushed like they just wanted to get me out. The work itself was solid and they explained everything clearly which I appreciated, but for what they're charging and the time I wasted waiting around, I expected better coordination sha. Won't say they're terrible but they need to sort their system out before I come back.
Took a lot of convincing to try this place and honestly I'm glad my friend pushed me. I came in with a business registration issue that had been bothering me for months and the team at Jackson Etti and Edu actually took time to explain everything without making me feel stupid about not understanding the legal side. They handled it quick too which surprised me given how these law firms usually work sha. Worth the money I paid them sef.

My only gripe sha is how long they take to get back to you on simple queries na, like you send an email Monday and hear back Friday when it's not even complicated stuff. Overall solid firm for what they do but abeg improve the communication side because sometimes you're just waiting around wondering what's happening with your file.
