Hospital appointment nearby so I came here after to sort out my HMO stuff and I was pleasantly surprised how smooth it went. The lady who attended to me at the desk actually took time to explain my coverage and what I could access without stress, no rushing me out like some places do. For someone my age dealing with health issues regularly, having an HMO that don't make you feel like you're wasting their time sha means a lot. Won't lie, I've had better experiences at other places but this one here deserves the five stars for the genuine care.
