Came to them because I was trying to help a small business owner friend get proper digital exposure and Engage Link actually delivered on what they promised about connecting African brands to the right platforms and partners. The whole process was straightforward and their team understood what we needed without the usual back and forth wahala. My one complaint though is abeg how long they took to get back to us after the initial consultation like we had to chase them for updates multiple times when a quick message would have sorted things. Overall they know their work but communication needs sharpening if I'm being honest.
Came against my better judgment because I wanted help connecting my photography work to bigger brands and honestly the concept is solid. But the whole thing moved slow, like they weren't really pushing hard on my behalf and I felt like just another name on their list sef. One consultant was actually helpful and explained things clearly but then radio silence for weeks after that first meeting. Would've given them more stars if the follow up was better because the connections they did make were useful, just the execution needs work.
