The whole process was straightforward and their team understood what we needed without the usual back and forth wahala. My one complaint though is abeg how long they took to get back to us after the initial consultation like we had to chase them for updates multiple times when a quick message would have sorted things. Overall they know their work but communication needs sharpening if I'm being honest.
