Review Time
Came for a quick social media campaign strategy session and the creative team sha had some solid concepts on the table. The problem is follow-through because after they presented everything nicely, getting actual deliverables took forever and I had to keep chasing them for updates. Work quality when it finally came was good but the delays cost me clients honestly. Not sure if I can trust them with bigger projects when they move this slow.
Reluctantly agreed to come here and honestly the creative team knew their stuff when it came to my social media content. They designed some graphics and video content that actually got my small business some attention which I appreciated sha. My only complaint though is the turnaround time was ridiculous, what should have taken one week dragged to almost three weeks and nobody even called to explain why. Apart from that slow pace, the quality of work and how they listened to what I wanted was solid I won't lie.
