Came for a quick social media campaign strategy session and the creative team sha had some solid concepts on the table. The problem is follow-through because after they presented everything nicely, getting actual deliverables took forever and I had to keep chasing them for updates. Work quality when it finally came was good but the delays cost me clients honestly. Not sure if I can trust them with bigger projects when they move this slow.
