Came for a quick consultation about decorating my daughter's classroom and the team sha really understood what I wanted. The designs they showed me were creative and they actually listened instead of just pushing their own ideas, which I appreciated plenty. My only gripe is that they didn't break down the costs properly before starting work so I felt blindsided when the final bill came and it was higher than what we discussed initially. Overall the decor turned out beautiful and the school looks amazing now, but next time they should be clearer about pricing from the jump.

But waiting almost an hour before anyone even acknowledged me was frustrating, especially since I had to get back to the station. The designs look good on paper but when I asked about timeline and pricing the whole thing felt rushed and unclear. Won't rule them out completely but they need to get their act together with customer service because talent alone no be everything.
