Long time customer dropping a review finally because I need to talk about what happened last week. Went to settle some transaction issues and the staff at the counter sha just kept me waiting almost 50 minutes before anyone even looked at my file, meanwhile people who came after me were being attended to. The bank itself looks solid and they have good history but honestly for a century-old institution the service is moving at tortoise speed, e no easy. I'll still use them since I've been with them long but abeg they need to train their people better.
