Regular customer here and I must say Union Bank has been solid with me — especially when I needed to sort out some transactions last month, the staff at the main branch in Ibadan was actually on top of things. Most banks sha will have you waiting forever but these ones processed everything quick quick without the usual stress. I won't lie, banking here beats the drama you get at other places, and for a century-old bank they still know how to treat customers proper.
