Good programme but communication na problem

I've tried Talented Kids Academy for a few months now and the school extension classes are actually solid for what I needed. The curriculum is well structured and my kids showed real improvement, plus the beauty circles they offer are a nice bonus for the parents. Thing is sha, getting updates from them is like pulling teeth because half the time nobody responds to messages until days later. Overall it's worth it if you don't mind chasing them for information because the actual teaching quality makes up for the slow communication.

Good concept but the execution na the problem

Took a lot of convincing to try this place and I went for the school extension program for my niece. The curriculum setup is solid and the teachers actually know what they're doing, but abeg the communication with parents is terrible. They don't give updates, you have to keep calling and asking questions yourself. The beauty circle side seemed rushed like they're just trying to fit too much in one day, and for what they charge you'd think they'd be more organized about timing.
