Good concept but the waiting game is too much

Reluctantly agreed to come here and check out what they offer for school care and wellness sha. The facilities look organized and the staff seemed knowledgeable when they finally got to us, but we waited almost an hour just to speak to someone about enrollment even though it wasn't busy. They have good ideas on paper about child wellness but the execution needs work abeg. Would give them another chance if they sort out their time management because the potential is there.

Good place but their communication needs work

Reluctantly agreed to come here and honestly the whole experience was solid, they know what they're doing with the wellness programs and the staff were attentive sha. My only gripe is when I called to ask about enrollment they took forever to get back to me, I had to follow up like three times before someone actually responded properly. For a place that focuses on care and wellness you'd think their communication would be sharper but everything else made up for that small small delay. Worth visiting if you're looking for decent school care services.
