I've been looking at insurance options for my properties and Sanlam Nigeria came highly recommended so I finally went to check them out. The policies they offer are solid and the rates are competitive for what you get honestly, but chai the time it took just to get someone to explain things to me was something else. I sat there for almost 45 minutes before an agent was free, and the whole office seemed understaffed that day sef. Everything else about the experience was fine but that waiting time nearly put me off and it shouldn't be like that for a company this big.
