Long time customer dropping a review finally because I needed to sort my motor insurance and honestly Sanlam came through with options wey make sense for my Uber runs. The policies they explained were straightforward and the staff person who handled me was patient answering my questions about coverage and claims. My only complaint though is the whole process took longer than it should have at their office in Sokoto - I spent almost two hours waiting for documents even though they weren't that busy that day. I no go lie the insurance itself is solid for what I pay but abeg they need to sort their office operations better because time is money when you're a driver like me.
