I must say the quality of their stuff is solid — I use their milk and cereals regular. But chai, the girl at the counter sha doesn't even make eye contact when you walk in, just scrolling her phone like you're invisible. Last time I came in I waited almost 20 minutes before anyone attended to me even though the place wasn't even full. Good products sef but they need to train their staff better on how to treat customers.
