Came to get travel information for a trip I'm planning and the staff actually knew what they were talking about sha, which was refreshing. But waiting to be attended to was ridiculous, I stood there for almost 30 minutes before anyone even asked what I needed. The lady who eventually helped me was knowledgeable about packages and options but she didn't really explain things clearly, I had to ask follow up questions for everything. For an association that's supposed to help travelers, their customer service needs serious work because I left more confused than when I came in.
