Didn't have high hopes honestly because I thought it would be some boring industrial thing, but when I got there the whole facility layout actually impressed me. The organization and how everything is set up for business operations is proper, like they actually thought about what traders and companies need. My main thing though is the staff could be more helpful sha because I had questions about the zones and processes and had to ask multiple people before getting clear answers. Still worth checking out if you're into business or trade stuff.

The way everything is organized for businesses to operate smoothly without the usual Nigerian wahala really impressed me. What got me most was how their staff actually explained things clearly when I had questions instead of just pointing you somewhere. Would definitely recommend to anyone serious about doing business here.

The facilities and industrial setup sha are actually impressive when you finally get there, layout is organized and you can see they invested serious money. My issue is the whole process to get access and information took forever, I spent almost two hours just trying to understand their requirements and meet the right person. Mixed feelings because the zone itself seems solid but their customer service for new inquiries needs serious work abeg.
