Good service but their tracking system needs work sha

I've been using TSL for my food business supply runs for about three months now and honestly they've been reliable with deliveries. My products arrive on time most days and the logistics team knows how to handle perishables which matters to me. My only gripe is their tracking system is rubbish like you can't follow your shipment properly and when I call to ask where my goods are the person on phone acts like I'm bothering them. Overall decent outfit but abeg they need to sort out that tracking thing because a woman like me needs to know exactly when goods are arriving.

Good service but tracking na the issue

I've used TSL Logistics couple times now for shipments and they do their thing well sha. Packages arrive on time and the staff are helpful when you call with questions but their tracking system is honestly terrible. Last time I sent something, the updates weren't matching what was actually happening on the ground and I had to call three times to confirm where my goods were. For a supply chain company, that part needs fixing because how you supposed to trust something when you can't follow it properly?

TSL Logistics delivered on time sha

Been needing someone reliable for my fabric supplies transport and my friend recommended TSL. The guy who came to pick up my order was on time — not early, not late, just on time — and he even helped me load everything properly into the van. They got my fabrics to my shop without any damage and the tracking they gave me actually worked, I could see where my goods were the whole time. For someone like me that depend on getting materials quick-quick to meet my tailor orders, this is exactly what I needed.
