Used to love Bolt sha but lately the drivers are taking forever to arrive and sometimes cancel on you when they close to your location. Last week I waited almost 15 minutes for a ride that should take 3 minutes maximum and the driver's rating was still high somehow. The app itself works fine and prices are fair compared to competitors but when you're depending on this for your own driving income, unreliable pickups hit different. Not sure I can keep recommending this to people honestly.
