Used Bolt plenty times but drivers are taking long sha

I've tried Bolt here in Zaria for months now and abeg the ride prices are fair compared to what taxi drivers charge these days. But my guy, the waiting time for a driver to accept your request and show up is just too much sometimes. Last week I ordered a ride to go settle something at the station and waited almost 25 minutes before someone picked up the job. The drivers themselves are decent people but if they don't improve the response time, I might just start using the regular taxis again wallahi.

I've tried here for months now and the inconsistency is frustrating

Used to love Bolt sha but lately the drivers are taking forever to arrive and sometimes cancel on you when they close to your location. Last week I waited almost 15 minutes for a ride that should take 3 minutes maximum and the driver's rating was still high somehow. The app itself works fine and prices are fair compared to competitors but when you're depending on this for your own driving income, unreliable pickups hit different. Not sure I can keep recommending this to people honestly.

Bolt rides are actually reliable I must say

Been using Bolt for my commute from Akure town to the office since early this year and honestly the service has been solid. The thing that got me most was how the driver I had last week didn't try to change the route or charge extra like some of these other ride apps sha, just straight from point A to point B at the price quoted. Prices are fair compared to what I see others charging for same distance, and the app works smooth without lagging like some apps do when network is slow. If you need a quick reliable ride without the usual wahala, this one gets the job done.
