Been with Access Bank for almost two years now and the mobile app is honestly where they lose me. Everything moves slow — transfers take forever to process, and when I tried to check my balance last week the app just hung for like 10 minutes before loading. Their ATMs work fine and the branch staff near my area are actually helpful, but abeg why is a bank this big still struggling with their technology? I no go lie, they have the customers, just need to fix their backend sef.
