Guy sha, I went there last week to sort out my account issues and the thing is, their online platform worked smooth when I needed it but the branch staff? E no easy. I waited almost 50 minutes before anybody even acknowledged me standing there, and the girl at the counter didn't even look up when I finally got to her. The account problem got sorted sef but that kind of treatment no sit right with me.
