Wasn't even planning to come but my business partner sha dragged me to Zenera Hub for branding consultation and the strategy they laid out was actually solid. The person handling my account understood the salon business well and gave real recommendations that made sense for how I want to position myself, but getting feedback was like pulling teeth abeg. I had to follow up three times before they sent the proposal and even then there were things we discussed that weren't included, so I'm still not sure if it was my miscommunication or theirs. The work itself when it finally came through was decent and I'm using some of it, but the process frustrated me enough that I'm hesitant to engage them again for more services.
