Used to be my go-to but last time I came in sha the girl at the counter didn't even look up when I walked in, just left me standing there for almost 20 minutes before attending to me. The hair quality is actually decent and the pieces they have are premium like they say but that kind of customer service for the price they charge is not it abeg. Mix of good products and lazy staff really, so I'm on the fence whether to come back again honestly.
