Review Time
Came for some lab tests after my doctor referred me here and honestly the imaging machines look modern and well maintained which gave me confidence. But chai, I waited almost 50 minutes just to be called even though I had an appointment sef. The technician who finally attended to me was thorough and explained what she was doing which I appreciated, but for the price they charge and the wait you go through, there's room for better time management. Mixed feelings because the actual service was decent but the whole process left me tired.
Was in the area for another appointment and decided to finally do the tests my doctor been asking about for months. The lab technician sha was patient explaining everything and the imaging equipment looked modern enough. Got my results back same week which honestly surprised me because I expected the usual Nigerian waiting game. For what they charged it was fair value and the staff didn't make me feel rushed like some places do.
