My friend dragged me to X3M Ideas for some brand strategy thing and honestly I was skeptical at first but the creative team really knew what they were doing with the concepts they presented. The ideas were solid and they actually understood what we needed instead of just throwing random stuff at the wall. My only gripe sha is how long it took them to get back to us between meetings and deliverables like we no go lie the waiting period was frustrating when you're trying to move fast with your business. Overall though the quality of work made up for it, just wish they communicated timelines better from jump.
