Used to be my go-to but last time I came in for some hair pieces the girl at the counter was moving like tortoise, taking her time with every other customer while I stood there for almost an hour. The quality of the items themselves sha is solid and they have variety, but why must customer service move at snail pace like this. For someone running a beauty hub they need to understand that time is money especially for us working people. I'll probably try them again but abeg they need to sort out their staffing situation because the products alone cannot carry the whole show.
