Came for a quick hair touch up and ended up spending almost two hours there. The stylist who worked on my hair knew what she was doing and the final result looked decent, but nobody told me I'd be sitting around for 40 minutes before anyone even called my name. For a place that does professional styling you'd think they'd manage appointments better, especially on a Saturday when everybody and their mother is trying to get their hair done.
