Been trying to use Wema's mobile app for transfers and honestly the technology they pioneered sha doesn't feel like it's working for regular people like me. Opened an account expecting smooth sailing since everyone says they're digital pioneers, but waiting 20 minutes in the branch just to sort out a simple issue defeated the whole purpose. The app itself moves slow and sometimes my transactions hang for hours before confirming. I no go lie, they have the right idea but the execution is leaving me frustrated — might just stick with my old bank for now.
