Long time customer dropping a review finally because I've been here for almost two years now and things have gotten worse honestly. The instructors know their craft sef and the curriculum is solid, but the admin side is a complete mess — I enrolled my niece for a course last month and they lost her registration form, took three weeks to sort it out. Waiting time for anything here is ridiculous, whether it's enrollment or getting your certificate, and nobody seems bothered about it. I still come because the actual training is good but abeg they need to get their act together with the back office.
