Came to check out their beauty hub setup since my shop needed some decoration ideas and honestly the space itself is well done. But abeg, I waited almost an hour just to talk to someone about a simple package even though the place wasn't even full. The girl at the counter kept chatting with her colleague instead of attending to customers and when she finally came it felt like she was doing me a favor. Nice work they did for other clients on the wall but the way they treat walk-ins needs to change sha.
Wasn't enthusiastic but came anyway and sha Wellspring High really delivered with the school decoration project. My school hired them for our end of year event and the attention to detail was impressive ngl, from the color coordination down to how they arranged everything. The only thing that took time was the initial consultation because they kept asking questions but I get it now, better to plan proper than rush. Honestly worth what we paid and the students actually loved how the space looked.
