Came for a physiotherapy session based on my doctor's recommendation and the staff were actually attentive and knew what they were doing. The therapist explained everything clearly which I appreciated, but abeg the waiting time before I was even called was almost 45 minutes even though I had an appointment. For someone my age dealing with back pain, sitting that long before treatment started defeated the purpose. Otherwise the actual therapy itself was worth it and I felt better after, but they need to sort out their scheduling.
