Took a lot of convincing to try this place and honestly it was worth it sha. The instructors knew their stuff and broke down the hospitality training in a way that made sense even for someone like me who's used to working with hands not people. My only complaint is they didn't mention upfront that some of the learning materials and resources would cost extra on top of the course fee, so I felt blindsided when I got the bill at the end. Still good value overall and I learned a lot about customer service that I didn't expect would apply to my carpentry side business too.
