Needed to set up some infrastructure work for my IT projects and came here based on a recommendation from another tech guy at work. The actual technical side of what they offer is solid I won't lie, they know what they doing with the AI and data side, but abeg getting someone to actually help you with questions or issues is a whole different matter. I waited almost two weeks for a response to my email about integration support and by that time I had already found workarounds myself. Good service on paper but the follow up and customer care side needs serious work sha.
