Used Vortex Media for a storytelling project for my newspaper and the quality of their strategic approach was solid, no lies. They understood the narrative I wanted to push and executed it well. My only gripe is how long they took to get back to me on feedback—had to chase them multiple times before getting responses that should have come naturally. Still, the final output was worth the wait, just wish their communication was sharper.
