I've been using VoguePay for transfers and payments for a few months now and the app itself works smoothly sha, makes moving money easy and the charges are fair compared to what other platforms charge. What annoyed me though is when I had an issue with a transaction last month, it took them almost three days to respond to my support message and by then the money situation had already sorted itself out. The security features are solid and I feel safe using it, but abeg they need to work on their response time because waiting three days for customer service in 2024 is not acceptable.
