Tried not to think about it too much at first but Vogue Lab actually has a solid setup for urban social ads if you know what you're doing. The targeting options are there and the dashboard interface makes sense sha but their customer support team moves at a pace that will test your patience, I waited almost three days for a response on a billing issue that should have been sorted in hours. The ads themselves performed okay for what I needed but I'm still on the fence about whether the stress is worth it or if there's a better option out there.
