VitaLink's healthcare plans have actually covered me well over the years and claims processing is faster than other providers I've used, but their online portal sha is a nightmare. Every time I try to check my balance or submit a claim online, the thing either loads slow or shows wrong information, and I end up having to call them anyway which defeats the purpose. Otherwise the actual coverage and support when you reach a human being is solid, that's why I'm staying but they seriously need to fix that portal thing because it wastes my time as a nurse with odd shifts.
